What currency do you work with?

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

What does “Special order” mean?

  • Some of our products are not currently in stock; we however offer you the possibility to place a special order. An additional delay will be necessary to fulfill this part of your order. This will not affect the proessing of the other items of your order.
  • Your credit card will not be charged until we are certain that the item on special order is available and shipped to you.

How can I modify the contents of my shopping basket?

  • You must click the My basket link in the page’s header. This will display a page which lists all the items currently in your cart.
  • You can remove an item by clicking on the “Remove” button, and you can change quantities for any item.

I added all the items I wanted in my cart. How do I send in my order?

  • First, click on the Go to cheakout link which is located in the page’s header.
  • In the following page, you must enter the required information (name, address, etc.)
  • You will then be redirected to the PayPal website, where you can safely and securely complete your transaction.

Can I pay by International Postal Money Orders (IPMO)?

  • Not currently.

What is your privacy policy?

  • We care for the privacy of our customers. To that end, we actually never transmit our customers’ personal data (name, address, email…) to any third parties.
